I've just this minute ordered but now I've changed my mind!
That's fine, all you need to do is contact us with your order number and we will be happy to cancel the order and refund you in full. All we ask is that you do this before we send your order out or else we will have to wait until we get the package back in order to refund you in full. Also, make sure you return the package by tracked post.
I have my bottles of Vimax but I've changed my mind.
That's OK, get in touch and let us know as soon as possible and we will give you a returns address to send to them to. Once received back we will of course refund you in full.
I've given it a try, followed the instructions for 2 months but nothing is happening!
We're sorry to hear that. Because you are within the 2 month guarantee period, you can return all of the bottles even if they are empty and when we receive them back we will refund in full.
